This website was designed to facilitate ordering our products over the web. From any of the product menus you can choose to view your order. You can also create or modify your order information by selecting items as you browse the website.
When viewing the order form, you will find a hyperlink from the item listing on the order form back to the product page containing the item.
On the order form, you can change the quantity of an order, reducing it to zero and removing it from the order if you choose.
If you are a California resident, select the box for California sales tax, and then click the submit button next to it. Sales tax is not computed on shipping and handling charges.
If you would like to arrange for exact shipping and handling charges you can; however, it is our experience that shipping either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail in the continental United States, the charges roughly come out to $1.00 per every $5.00 of product. If you do ask us to provide an exact shipping and handling fee and it turns out to be more than it would have been, you will have to pay the exact fee. It requires extra manhours to provide you with this service and we expect that if you ask for it, you will use it.
For orders from outside the US, all orders must be paid for, in advance, with US currency. In the event standard shipping and handling fees will not cover shipping outside the US, any addition shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer. There is a $15.00 charge for any returned check.
For your convenience we also accept payment via PayPal. Exact payment instructions will be sent with your confirmation email.
