Shopping Information
You can order as much or as little of any particular product as you like; however, we request that your minimum order be at least $5.00. We accept checks and money orders. Orders will be held until funds clear when paid by check. Please make checks payable to Gryffon, Dragon and Wolf. California residents add 8% sales tax. There is a $15.00 service charge for each returned check. Note that prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the nature of our products, no returns are accepted. Back ordered items may take longer to ship, so specify if you do not want to wait and we will include a credit slip.
Remember to include a return address in any correspondence, and when placing an order include your phone number. To order an item, list the item number as well as a complete description of each item and the quantity desired. You will find an order form included on this website. You can select items as you browse through our products, and view your order form in progress at any time. Upon completing an order, you will receive verification through email, and then the order will be compiled and held until payment is received. We are also happy to accept orders through snail mail, email, and over the phone. We are available Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM PST.
We gladly accept custom orders, so if there is something special you would like that you don't see listed here, please call or write. We are happy to accommodate your special requests. With all custom orders, be certain to include as detailed instructions as possible.
